01 / About PolyLoop

Seeing the value
in what’s left.

Waste is a challenge.
It is also an opportunity to do things better.

PolyLoop Resources develops waste-to-energy and resource recovery projects in the UK and internationally. We work across plastics, automotive shredder residue, fibre fuels and other residual materials, finding practical ways to recover their value.

Our role is to connect the pieces: suitable waste streams, the right combination of technologies, capable partners and the capital to move projects forward.

We want more useful materials to stay in circulation, and more of the value in residual waste to be put to work.

02 / Our approach

Different materials.
The right solution.

Every waste stream and every location is different. We combine technologies around the needs of each project.

01

Understand the material

Start with the waste itself, from residual plastics and automotive shredder residue to fibre-based fuels.

02

Bring the technologies together

Combine preparation, separation and conversion processes to recover materials, fuels and energy.

03

Build lasting partnerships

Work with local partners, technology specialists and international capital to develop projects for the long term.

03 / Our projects

Local projects.
A wider ambition.

From our first project in Wales to new opportunities overseas, we are developing a growing portfolio of resource recovery projects.

Cleaner cities.
More value from waste.

Initial city concepts focus on Bouaké and San-Pédro, with Gagnoa and Korhogo included in the wider opportunity. The proposed approach brings together Wilson, PYROCY and Premier Green to recover useful materials and create new outlets for municipal waste.

Fibre to energy

The fibre fraction offers a route to electricity and heat, shaped by local demand and viable energy connections.

Plastics treatment sits within the wider waste solution. Its capacity is selected to match recoverable feedstock, with final sizing subject to feasibility work.

Looking ahead

We are also exploring future projects in Cyprus and further opportunities across the United Kingdom.
